Designed and optimized to return 5X ROI. If we miss that mark in the first 30 days under these terms, you get that month’s qualifying fees back and we part as friends.

This page is the full Money-Back Guarantee. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service (Section 14).

The 5X figure is a design and optimization objective for a fully implemented, well-managed P.A.S.S. process. It is not a typical-result claim and not a promise that every member will achieve 5X. Individual results vary. This objective has not been proven through completed real-world member case studies. The only performance promise we make is the refund described here.

1. The promise

If, after the First-Month Period and subject to every condition on this page, your Documented ROI on Qualifying Fees is less than 5.0×, Co-op Business Club LLC will:

Refund 100% of Qualifying Fees for that First-Month Period, and

Terminate the membership effective on the refund. We do not continue the account after an approved guarantee refund.

That is the only performance promise. Nothing else on our site, in email, or in print is a guarantee of income.

If Documented ROI is under 5.0× — including a result such as 4.5× that is close but not enough for you — the same rule applies: refund that month, end the membership, leave as friends.

2. Who is eligible

You are eligible if all of the following are true:

You are on a paid Starter, Growth, Scale, or National plan.

Your system went live (Marvin connected and operating).

You completed the First-Month Period.

You paid Qualifying Fees on time for that period.

You met the Member Conditions in Section 5.

You submit a complete claim within the Claim Window in Section 7.

Does not apply to unpaid accounts, chargebacks, complimentary or barter seats, or fees already refunded.

3. First-Month Period

The First-Month Period is the first 30 consecutive days after your system is live.

This guarantee applies only to that first 30 days. It does not apply to later months. We use the first month because that is when we can see, immediately, whether the system is producing a proper return.

You get one First-Month Period per membership.

If you cancel before day 30, this guarantee does not apply. Ordinary cancellation still follows Section 4 of the Terms (no pro-rata refund for unused days).

An approved guarantee refund terminates the membership. You do not remain a member after the refund.

4. How we calculate ROI

Documented ROI = Qualifying Return ÷ Qualifying Fees

Qualifying Fees The membership dues you actually paid for the First-Month Period (one month’s dues). Not included: sales tax, failed payments, third-party ad spend, postage, EDDM print, tools you buy yourself, or pass-through media budget.

Qualifying Return Incremental revenue your business collected during those 30 days from customers who:

first inquired or booked through a Club channel (Marvin voice, SMS, web, Pulse, Club-managed ads or campaigns), or

were already in your list, were reactivated by a Club sequence, and then paid you during those 30 days.

Revenue means money collected by you, not proposals or pipeline. No lifetime value. No projected renewals beyond cash collected in the First-Month Period.

5.0× means Qualifying Return is at least five times that month’s Qualifying Fees.

Under 5.0× → refund that month’s Qualifying Fees and terminate. 5.0× or higher → no refund under this guarantee.

5. Member Conditions

For the claim to be valid, during the full 30 days you must:

Keep Marvin connected to your published phone, SMS, web form, and calendar.

Accept or decline booked appointments in a commercially reasonable time and show up for accepted appointments.

Provide truthful offer, pricing, and hours.

Not disable, reroute, or ignore Club-managed inbound without written notice to us.

Implement the core P.A.S.S. playbook items we assign for your tier.

Give us view access to calendar, job/CRM log, and payment records for the relevant customers.

If a condition fails, we may deny the claim and will say which condition failed.

6. What we do

We deliver your tier (Marvin, P.A.S.S. direction, AI execution included in that tier) and keep a record of inquiries, follow-ups, and bookings the system handled.

We do not control whether a prospect hires you, your pricing, your fulfillment, or your market.

7. How to claim

Claim Window: 14 days after day 30. Late claims are denied.

Email [email protected] with subject 5X Guarantee Claim and include:

Member name, business name, billing email

Go-live date and First-Month Period dates

Qualifying Fees you believe you paid

Export of Qualifying Return: customer, date paid, amount, Club channel

Access or attachments to verify those payments

Acknowledgement within five business days. Decision within fourteen days of a complete file. Approved refund to the original payment method within fourteen days of approval. Membership ends on approval.

One claim per membership. Approved refund closes the guarantee and the account.

Not a typical-result or earnings claim

Not a promise you will hit 5X

Not a refund for change of mind or unused time

Not a refund of ad spend or other third-party costs

Not a right to stay a member after the refund

Not legal, tax, or investment advice

Designed and optimized to return 5X ROI on qualifying membership fees when P.A.S.S. is fully implemented and well managed. Individual results vary.

9. Other terms

This guarantee is the exclusive performance remedy for missing the 5X design objective in the first 30 days. Exposure under this guarantee is limited to one month of Qualifying Fees.

If marketing copy conflicts with this page, this page controls. Wyoming law. Disputes follow the Terms of Service.

The version of this page in effect on your go-live date applies to your First-Month Period.
