Marvin is The Business Club's AI Concierge — an artificial intelligence agent that operates on voice and text channels including phone, SMS, webchat, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Direct Message. Marvin is powered by large language model (LLM) technology and voice AI infrastructure provided by GoHighLevel and its underlying AI service providers.
Marvin's purpose is to qualify prospects, answer questions about The Business Club's membership programs, route qualified members to the appropriate checkout or calendar, and provide general support to existing members. Marvin is not a human. Marvin does not have professional licenses of any kind.
2. AI Limitations — What Marvin Cannot Do
Marvin is a powerful tool, but it has real limitations that every user should understand before relying on its responses.
Marvin does not provide professional advice. Nothing Marvin says constitutes legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, medical advice, or any other form of licensed professional counsel. If you need professional advice, consult a licensed attorney, accountant, financial advisor, or other qualified professional.
Marvin can make mistakes. AI-generated responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or contextually inappropriate. Marvin does not have access to real-time information unless explicitly provided in the conversation. Do not make significant business, financial, or legal decisions based solely on Marvin's responses without independent verification.
Marvin does not remember past conversations. Each conversation with Marvin begins fresh unless context is explicitly provided. Marvin does not retain memory of previous interactions between sessions.
Marvin is not a licensed sales agent. Marvin's descriptions of membership features, pricing, and benefits are provided for informational purposes. 3. Conversation Recording and Retention
Conversations with Marvin — including voice calls and text exchanges — may be recorded and retained for the following purposes:
Quality assurance and agent improvement
Compliance and dispute resolution
Training of AI models operated by The Business Club
Member support and account management
Voice conversations are subject to applicable call recording laws. In states that require two-party or all-party consent for call recording (including California, Illinois, and others), Marvin will provide a disclosure at the start of the call. By continuing the conversation after the disclosure, you consent to recording.

4. AI Identity Disclosure
The Business Club is committed to transparency about the use of AI in its operations. Marvin is an AI agent. If you ask Marvin directly whether you are speaking with a human or an AI, Marvin will confirm that it is an AI. Marvin will not claim to be human.
In jurisdictions where AI identity disclosure is required by law — including California (AB 302 / SB 1001) and any other applicable state or federal regulations — The Business Club complies with those requirements. If you believe a disclosure was not made when required, contact us at the address in Section 7.
5. Third-Party AI Providers
Marvin's capabilities are built on AI infrastructure provided by third parties including GoHighLevel, OpenAI, and other AI service providers. The Business Club does not control the underlying AI models and is not responsible for the inherent characteristics, biases, or limitations of those models. Your interactions with Marvin are subject to the privacy policies and terms of service of those underlying providers in addition to this disclaimer.
6. Affiliate Program and AI-Generated Content
Affiliates of The Business Club who use AI tools — including Marvin or any other AI writing, voice, or content generation tool — to create promotional content are solely responsible for ensuring that content is accurate, compliant with FTC disclosure requirements, and does not make unsupported income or results claims. The Business Club does not review or approve affiliate-generated AI content and is not liable for any claims made in such content.
